7/21 Detox Kit

The Detoxification Program was designed to be used as an intensive 7-day program or a less intensive 21-day program.

For the 7-day Intensive Detoxification Program, all three meals will be replaced with one serving of the GNX Cleanse MRP^TM mixed in 16 - 20 oz. water or unsweetened almond milk and one full packet of the 7/21^TM Detox supplements with each meal replacement. You can eat any of the foods on the Food Guide (see pages 6 & 7) for snacks or as part of a meal taken with the meal replacement formula.

The 7-day program offers a more aggressive, intensive detoxification for a heavier release of stored toxins and a quicker restoration to a more balanced organ system function. Carefully following the Food Guidelines will greatly enhance the program's effectiveness.

For the 21-day Program, simply replace one meal of the day, preferably breakfast, with one serving of the GNX Cleanse MRP^TM mixed in 16 - 20 oz. water or unsweetened almond or rice milk, and one full packet of the 7/21^TM Detox supplements. Follow the Food Guide for your food choices for the rest of the day. Always take protein with each meal and always eat breakfast, unless you are using the GNX Cleanse MRP^TM for your breakfast meal replacement.

The 21-day Program offers a gentle detoxification process over a longer period of time and can be used for periods longer than 21-days in conjunction with the Food Guide included in the kit.

Note:

It is highly recommended that you consume 6 - 8 eight-ounce glasses of pure water (distilled or reverse osmosis) per day to keep the system hydrated to facilitate the flushing and removal of toxins. Preferably store water in glass or stainless steel containers.

Under no circumstances should any medication prescribed by your physician be discontinued. All medications can and should be used during this program.
